What does North Florida Communications do?  North Florida Communications provides sells & service on Business phone system, commercial sound systems and network cabling.

What makes North Florida Communications different from other companies?  As it says below our name; Quality Products, Quality Service.  We sell quality phone systems from Vodavi & Nortel.  We pride ourselves on professional service.  We do not run wires on the outside of walls as some people do.  Our work is neat, professionally looking and meets top specifications.

How much do you charge for a service call?  North Florida Communications currently charges $80/hour for service work with a one-hour minimum.  There is no trip charge within the Gainesville/Ocala area.

How much does one network cable cost?  A custom computer network cable generally cost $150.  This is for one cable and includes jacks, Cat 5e cable, and labor.  Patch cables and patch panels are extra, if needed.

How much do two or more network cables costs?  The first cable is generally $150, the second is usually only $100 more.  The third usually cost a bit less.  These are general costs.  All work under $500 is billed by time + materials.

Do you give custom quotes?  We can provide a custom quote for any work above $500.  Work under $500 is usually billed time+materials.
