Vodavi Dispatch Voice Mail System
Changing Time & Date

1) Press the Voice Mail key on your telephone. Enter your password when/if prompted.

2) Press 7 for the Administration Menu. This is a hidden option and the voice prompts will not give you this option.

3) When prompted for the password, enter 2275.

4) Press 8 for System Administration.

5) Press 4 to change System Time & Date.

6) Follow the voice prompts to enter the new date and time.

 

After the new date and time has been entered, the system will reset itself and drop all calls being processed by the Auto Attendant/Voice Mail system. Make sure no one is using the voice mail system. Calls on the phone system when not be affected.
